This is one of my favorite ensembles for slightly-more-casual-than-usual summer work wear. Looking at these pictures now, the skirt length looks fine, but why is it that anytime a skirt sits above my knees I feel so self-conscious at work? Anyway, it’s hot everywhere in the country this week, even in lovely San Diego, so I was going for breathability.

Does anyone else have trouble keeping button-up tops tucked in? I feel like every 30 minutes I am re-tucking.

Style is hard work. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

I do not understand how my calves still look halfway decent when I have only exercised twice in the last three months.
