Using my newly created checklist, I’m attempting to pick outfits that are the most flattering on my body, showing off what I want to, and disguising others.

I went with a wide-leg pant to balance my hip-width. The top is just the right length to make my torso seem longer (and not tucked in!). It also has a v-neck and the bow draws the eye down.

Haha, listen to me - like I know what I’m talking about just because I googled “how to dress a pear-shaped, short-torsoed body”.

The best news: I finally found a perfect spot in my yard + time of day to get this sun flare look that I failed at here. and here. and especially here.

Will i ever be able to recreate it? likely not.
