I finished knitting this honey cowl the night before and was excited to wear it, so I pulled a few neutral items to let it be the center of attention.

I love gray and yellow. and blue and yellow. and gray and blue. so obvs, I love this.

yes, this outfit is three weeks old. I am not ashamed. (ok, I am a little ashamed)

And the color turned out quite weird on these later evening, indoor shots so in case you can’t tell, I’m wearing gray. and orange. (and dark brown)

Scrunchy boots, scrunchy skirt, scrunched up blazer sleeves, scrunchy curls.

we got to the 8am service on Sunday mornings. Can you tell? My skirt looks like it had been crumpled at the bottom of my closet for days and I can barely keep my eyes open. 

I could have accessorized this outfit heavily, but I liked letting the pieces speak without distraction.

I tried a new method of curling my hair (via Rose a la Mode). It doesn’t work perfectly because my hair is so short, but it gives me a great wavy base overnight so it only take 5-10 minutes in the morning after I get up to touch up the curls.

i adore this outfit, and these shoes especially, but sadly - they must go. They are just way too big and I couldn’t walk anywhere without looking like a limping cramped idiot.

Which means I still need to find the perfect red shoe…

the sun. so bright. can’t….look.
