It’s been hard to get back her, depsite my growing pile of outfit photos, because of the perceived energy needed to write something along with it. I assume most of you are here to see my clothes anyway, not read my sparing, less-than-witty writing.
So, here’s some clothes that I wore a couple weeks ago, and a promise to be back again sooner rather than later.
Dress: Target
Scarf: Gap
Boot socks: UO
Boots: Target

You know winter’s arrived when the knitting needles break out. I started knitting again for the season (Yes, I only knit in the fall/winter) when I was sick a couple weeks ago and watching Gossip Girl for hours on end.
This cowl neck scarf is something I’d been wanting to create for a while but I couldn’t find a pattern that didn’t require a round knitting needle. So I made an estimate and started going, and finished it off last night! I looove the color.
I also found this lipstick the other week that I’ve had for months but never wore - and it matched perfectly!
cowl scarf: homemade
dress: Target
belt: thrifted
boots: Madden Girl
lipstick: Clinique - 04 Different Grape

My two favorite fall items, smashed.

I’ve been wearing this green shrug sweater and my new gray shirt dress a lot in the past few weeks, so I thought - why not pair them?
It got down to a chilly 55 in SoCal…brrrr. The perfect time to break out my green tights. the lighting turned out weird for these pictures - in real life, the tights are almost the exact same shade as the sweater, but in these photos, the shadow makes them look dark.
Also, today I’m linkind up with Every Body, Every Wear!

I’m still two weeks behind on these posts. Pretend that I’m not. I have lots of pictures waiting in the queue, so hopefully this one will get me motivated to get more up very soon! Traveling is a lot more wearing on my than i anticipated and lately it feels like packing is my new job. (as is early morning squinting)
this dress (from Target here) is something I’ve been wanting for a while. It’s a dream. Versatile, cute, work-appropriate and endlessly remixable. You’ll be seeing her again. (shoes from Target as well)
I was going to crop out the farm equipment on the side - but then it looked kind of rustic. I was also apparently also to lazy to put my necklace straight before taking these pictures. But I’ll distract you with my mighty calves.
